Those of you fearing that The Walking Dead would end with Rick simply waking up from a coma to find it was all a bad dream can now rest easy. After being called out by Uproxx in a post titled, “Robert Kirkman Needs To Go On The Record Promising The Walking Dead Won’t End As Rick Grimes’ Coma Dream” the creator of the series granted their wish.
Robert Kirkman took to twitter to confirm that there will be no dream ending for the series. Rick is most definitely awake and the events of the series are really happening to him.
Of course, Kirkman couldn’t just leave it at that. He had to go and put a whole new potential ending idea into our heads. Find out what it is after the break….
